In this busy world where there is huge competition for our time it is easy to forget about ourselves. Between work, home life, family and technology we often have very little time off to spend on our own self. We often put the needs of others before our own and we can start to feel tired and run down. We burn out.

To prevent burn out it is important for us all to invest time in our ‘self’ as an individual, separate from others in our lives. It does not need to take up a lot of time but it is important to make time to look after ourselves.
